What We Do

ECA combines operational experience with a comprehensive programmatic life-cycle management background to provide support to the Department of Defense.  Employee experiences include missile defense testing, aviation management and support, and avionics development and integration allowing ECA to offer expertise in a full range of weapon system support. 

ECA is committed to providing experienced and knowledgeable professionals with various competencies to support program managers throughout the life of their programs.  Among these competencies are:
